University of Hertfordshire Backs JogOn campaign

JogOn are delighted to announce our latest university partnership with the University of Hertfordshire.
The University has now taken delivery of 6 collection boxes dotted around the university complex and sporting facilities. The partnership has got the support and enthusiasm of staff with David Connell, Director of Sport and Quintin McKeller CBE, Vice-Chancellor both kicking off the running shoe recycling campaign.
Tony Piedade, Founder the campaign to remove 1m pairs of running shoes from landfill said " I am delighted to be partnering with the University of Hertfordshire. Their engagement and enthusiasm for the partnership has been enormous and I am grateful for the endorsement from the senior leadership at the University. I am hopeful this will make a big impact over the weeks and months ahead."




It is a wonderful step towards promoting fitness and mental well-being among students.
